Terrible customer service! I was referred to this law firm by a different attorney that did not handle worker’s compensation claims. Mr. Alberez told me there was no need to explain my case, it was a mess, and I need to seek another attorney. This is my first time having to deal with a situation like this so I’m totally lost, nervous, and confused on how to handle this case and Mr. Alberez was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP whatsoever!
