I even ended up receiving a refund from unused retainer fees, which in the world of legal fees you should know rarely happens. Her assistant, Heather, goes above and beyond to make sure your needs as a client are taken care of! These are people you can trust to take care of you at a time of need and not over bill you. Attorneys for Freedom Law Firm was very professional and kind when they handled my case. I am happy with the results of my case and very thankful to Attorneys for Freedom. No No No. Just got off of the phone with Johnathan, I believe he is the lead attorney. Actually, he hung up in my face and REFUSED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!! A year ago I paid several fees to have access to a lawyer for a medical dispute. After weeks of waiting for someone to contact me, I had to call to receive help. A few days later, a man called me. I asked him if he was a lawyer, and he told me no. They told me that I wouldn't get a lawyer unless my case went to trial. So this man, who is not an attorney, had me give him detailed information, all of which was given in my enrollment. It was obvious that he hadn't read my profile and had just be told to call me. Needless to say, the man was of little help, and didn't give me anymore information than the hospital I was in the dispute with gave me. They actually helped me MORE! So a year later (today) I decided to cancel my membership because my family needs every penny we can save. I am paying $25 a month. I called Johnathan, he answered and pretended that he couldn't hear me. So, I emailed him, asking to cancel my membership. That's simple enough, right? NO! Johnathan called me back 20 minutes after I sent the email, talking and talking about how busy he is. I asked him to cancel my membership. He and I went back and forth. He attempted to sale me a lower rate. I politely declined. He tried to scare me into thinking I would need them, I politely declined. He then became upset, began laughing, and telling me that I have all of these perks and he will give me 3 months free. Meanwhile he keeps double talking, telling me that I can cancel, but refusing to actually cancel. I politely declined for the 5th time, the Johnathan said "Have a good day lady (while laughing)" and hung up the phone. This is an agency that I have been giving my hard earned money to. They DID NOT EVER help me with anything. I didn't want anything but to politely cancel. So as of today, I'm going to pull some strings and check into this racket. I'll return to these reviews with an update after some investigation. I understand that lawyers aren't expected to be the most polite people, however, this was flat out disrespectful, and not an acceptable way to speak to a client, especially one who is struggling to give you $25 a month for NOTHING. These high reviews can not be real. I would check into these profiles before I gave any of these "reviews" any merit. Unless they intentionally discriminated against me, I take my experience to be a common practice amongst Attorney's For Freedom Law Firm. FIND ANOTHER AGENCY! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE NOT DIGNIFIED I'm off to the BBB.

Attorneys for Freedom really helped me out with my situations. Not knowing who to call for advice, I somehow found them and Drew gave great service. Only took the consultation and he gave me advice and walked me through exactly what I needed to do. I did those steps and it my problem went away. He could have done not explained to me that I could do it myself and charged me but he was very transparent. Very trustworthy group!

Many websites promise of attorneys link but nothing works except this attorney for freedom. Jonathan is very busy and sometimes will take 24 hours to call you back but be patient. I’m so grateful I found Attorney Sink through Attorney for Freedom. Before this website, as a Pro Se, i asked help from a UCLA big time attorney to help me with my 5th Amended Complaint. He helped but did not finished though I paid him $1,200. He said, his rate is $375 but charged me $1,200 for less than 3 hours. It’s hard to find an attorney that will truly help you with transparency. Attorney for Freedom saves my life. Pro Se: Litigation is expensive. Without attorney, it’s even more expensive because you can’t work. i almost got sick. Look for an experienced good attorney, pay and sure ball you will win your case if you are right. Being Pro is very difficult unless you are experienced.

I called in to potentially hire this company for a slander and defamation lawsuit on a Friday. They took all my info and said someone would call me Monday. At the end of the day on Monday I call in again to see what happened. The attorney deleted my information from the system because they don’t handle that kind of case. Rather than calling me to inform me they just deleted my info and moved on. What a garbage company. If you call them you better follow up because apparently calling potential clients is just too difficult for them.

I strongly recommend this law firm, they are very professional, work fast and are very responsive. Kept me updated through my entire case and obtained results very quickly.
