That was so good and fast

Very upset with the poor communication through out the process. I told Ibrahim, from the beginning, that I was not guilty and I intended to fight the charges. He assured me we would win, and we didn't. He's over confident and very inexperienced and I think I would have done a better job myself and would have saved a lot of money in the process. The most frustrating thing about the process was the lack of preparation on his part. He literally waited until the day prior to work on my case. I paid him $5,000 and saw him twice prior to trial. Both times it was about money. I don't think he cares about anything but being paid. I actually ran into the judge in the street, and he told me I had poor representation and that was the only reason I lost my case! His planning involved offering the officer on the stand a cup of water as if to say that he’s thoughtful when in reality none of that mattered. He said he spent "hours captioning the audio on the dash cam video" but what he fails to mention is that all that was inadmissible because he failed to give it to the judge prior to trial so he can authenticate it! Everyone was laughing at his inexperience and all he wanted to do was kiss up to the judge and assure him that he wouldn't try and appeal the verdict....thanks. I actually tried reaching out to him and it took him a month to get back to me after multiple attempts on my end only to get more empty promises and reasons why it was MY fault why we lost the case. That's the biggest thing I take issue with, It's how he lacks accountability. He'll always tells you reasons why things are never his fault. I'm not the type of person who likes to speak poorly about people but decided to because I looked at his reviews prior to hiring him and wished somebody would have taken a few minutes to warn me. Rest assured, the damage of hiring the wrong lawyer will stick with you for the rest of your life...so choose wisely! Be careful because businesses can pay to have your review removed.

Ibrahim Awad and his entire staff truly set the bar high. I've been in accidents before, it's always been a hassel dealing with law firms. Not this time, I can truly say they settled my case extremely fast once I finished medical treatments. They checked on me very regularly and updated me almost on a weekly basis throughout the entire process. They are very professional and transparent. They made my awful experience a pleasurable one and I will recommend them to any and everyone!! May God continue to bless the work that you do Awad team!!!

Worst Law firm In history, I do not know how they even operate a company. They never answer your phone calls once you have a case. They take years to resolve your case just to tell you they can’t do anything. They will steal your funds and hold your money from your insurance company for months! My case was open OCt 2021 and I was yet to receive my check.

I sent a inquiry over to potentially become a client a year ago never heard back from anyone then I recently sent over another inquiry and never heard from anyone I reached out to the attorney on Facebook Messenger and he said that I would hear back from someone which never happened I also sent him other messages on Facebook messenger and he read my message because when you send someone a message on Facebook you can see if they read or looked at your message and he looked at my message but didn't respond I am very big on communication I'm the type of person when it comes to handling business if communication is not good and I'm not even a client then I wonder will communication be bad once I become a client I feel like when it comes to a business if customer service is bad and I'm not a client or a customer yet and I'm not having a good experience as a potential client or customer then I feel like I'm going to have the same experience once I become a customer or a client and if I feel like customer service is bad and I'm not even a customer or a client yet then I feel like I'm going to have the same bad experience after becoming a client or a customer and if I feel that way I just rather not do business with the particular business or company

I really wish it was possible to give no stars. I had a horrible experience with law firm. I was referred by my chiropractor (whom I trust), who often told others about this law office in good faith, but I recently shared the details of my experience and requested her to please stop referring others to avoid the treatment that I have endured. I have had countless representatives regarding my case, a total of eight to be specific. All eight of them have left the company, leaving my case in limbo since 2020, but collected a check from the insurance company from the opposite party back in October 2022. I would have not known about this check if that insurance company did not send me a notification. Since receiving this check, Awad Law has refused to disperse the funds and return my phone calls to provide me an update. The last representative that left the company asked to represent me and I agreed. Awad Law withheld information from him and lied about my case and its content which ultimately impeded my case. After several months of back and forth the case expenses and fees were obtained and Awad law charged $22,000 of the $25,000 rewarded which is insane because they have done absolutely nothing! $22,000 is a very expensive headache. Since I have submitted a complaint to the bar and currently disputing the charges because this law firm is a scam. This is not a firm that I would recommend to anyone. If you have time to waste and money to loose, go for it, otherwise choose another law firm because you will not be treat with respect regarding your time and your case. Justice will NOT be severed here.

The team at this firm was exceptional, from the first call they showed that they cared about me and my injuries and set up appointments right away. They took the time to go over everything, all my questions and concerns, it was a very easy process.
