I requested a refund from the consultation fee that I paid for which I still have not received. I was told I would be represented and then the last minute I was dropped. Mr Badaki is not a man of his word and lacks integrity.

I was referred to Badaki by my legal services plan as Badaki was listed as a participating lawyer. I called for an initial consultation and gave them the legal services case number. Badaki said there was a $95 fee for an initial consultation. I explained that the initial consultation was free with my legal services plan. Badaki insisted it was not so I paid the $95 and set up an appointment. (Badaki sent me an email receipt showing the legal services plan case number) After ending that call, I immediately called my legal services plan and told them about the fee. They said the initial consultation was absolutely free and I should not have been charged the fee. I called Badaki back and explained AGAIN that I should not be charged the $95. I cancelled the initial consultation just minutes after it was first scheduled and requested a refund for the $95. THAT WAS A YEAR AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I have called them numerous times. My legal services plan has contacted them numerous times. They will not even answer the phone. What kind of low budget, incompetent lawyer can't afford to refund $95? Update: Badaki, you were participating in my legal plan WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY. I have your emailed receipt that clearly shows all the plan information. Weeks later when I called back, THEN you said you weren't participating any more. You still owe me a full refund. We had a consultation with Badaki Law Firm. He was personable, on time, and Gave us very good advice on what steps to take next. I had many questions, and he answered them. Thankyou again for your time and advice.

Mr. Bedaki knows how to take a consultation reservation but doesn't know how to show up for meetings that he schedules. He was a no show and failed to call me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Didn't show up. Tried numerous times to reschedule without success. I guess he is too busy for me. Poor business skills. I do not recommend. Update: The only communication I have had with this law firm is that they sent me cease and desist letter to stop posting reviews on Google. Tells you all you need to know about this place.

I trust the Badaki law firm 💯 percent , I spoke to another attorney before I contacted the Badaki law firm and that attorney wouldn't listen to me . the entire conversation we had , was maybe 10 minutes and he gave me some information and then said if you come to see me ,come with x amount of money which was a lot ,and cash of front ,but I wasn't happy with it and then contacted the Badaki law firm and the attorney was very nice and he took his time and listen to me very carefully and answered all of my questions and not only that he gave me a lot options with details how my problem could be solve .then I found out the first attorney was going to charge me all that money for something that was not going to happen . I really appreciate The Badaki law firm. I will refer them to all my friends and relatives. Thank you Badaki law firm. I also should talk about the staff , they are wonderful.

Very unprofessional can’t reach them nor will they do what they’re are paid to do they took my money and still to this day haven’t filed my bankruptcy but they will not ever get my money again
