The Baer Law Firm wasted my time and added unnecessary stress during one of the worst periods of my life after losing a child due to malpractice. They told me to gather medical records, assured me that time was “on my side,” and let weeks go by—only to abruptly announce that they wouldn’t even look at my case. Their excuse? They were “overwhelmed.” That may explain their internal chaos, but it does not excuse misleading potential clients into believing their case is under review when no meaningful evaluation is happening. A law firm that cannot manage its own caseload has no business advising anyone on something as time-sensitive as medical malpractice. If you want communication, accountability, or basic professionalism, do not rely on this firm. First and foremost I just want to say a special thank you to the entire legal team from the very first phone call I made the day of my accident to the very last day they have been absolutely remarkable. They are compassionate and work very timely. I got into my accident August 27th 2025 . This team educated me on how to fight to get coverage for my car and by September I had been paid for my cars coverage and in less than 3 months my entire case had been settled including bodily injury. The Baer Law Firm is the best. Very long story that I will keep short: My daughter was a passenger in a car that was in a very bad car accident. She was in the hospital for 5 days and the bills were mounting up. When this happened, her welfare was the most important concern but secondary was that all this needs to be paid for. We filed a claim with the driver’s insurance company and planned to just handle it ourselves. No way, they were absolutely horrible. When I called the contact, she had a very nasty message on her voicemail basically saying nobody is important and if you have a problem with that, don’t bother calling her supervisor because he already knows. They told us that they would not pay any more than a couple thousand dollars. That wasn’t even enough to cover the ambulance much less the hospital. After several days of just getting the run around, I found Brian at The Baer Law Firm. He got us her initial settlement for significantly more than the initial offer quickly and easily. He worked with us and guided us all through the process. He and his staff were kind and treated us like we were the only case they had all the way through. Brian ultimately got my daughter get her final settlement and worked with us to get all the doctor’s bills paid and even helped get the hospital bill reduced. We would not have been able to negotiate through this mess and the deceit by the insurance company, if it was not for Brian and his team.
