The staff worked so diligently on my claim, which included federal, state and local officials in the medical and legal levels, including 5 different insurance entities, and was able to settle for a larger amount than I ever dreamed of. They also helped me with my personal will, and medical end of life documents. At every step of the way, I was kept in the loop, they were always available for questions and so very helpful with any "special" requirements required in my situation. I will absolutely use Kelsey Bardwell and staff again if I am in need of an attorney.

I got a speeding ticket. Called them to find out if there was anything that they could do for me. After texting back and forth a few times, they never called back or texted me with whether they could help me or not. It would have been fine if they couldn't, but I was disappointed that they hadn't let me know anything further. I waited too long for their call, and I guess I'll have to plead guilty. 6 points off my license, and they might take my license away. I might have time to find another attorney, but if it's a no help kinda thing, you could have told me that.

They talked to me like I was a kid they were rude they lied to me and said that they have no one that can hey me with out even finding out what was going on just because of who I am if u want fair help I would not go to them

I've had a bad experience with lawyers. This is the first time I've ever had to use a lawyer in court. First lawyer I just was new and took a long while to realize that one wasn't quite what I needed, so 2nd lawyer was awesome but health declined and forced me to find another. So here I am and so far all is awesome. I would recommend this law firm to all in the area. Thank you
