She is a highly ethical and extremely professional personal injury attorney that I cannot recommend enough. Attorney Barionnette represented me when I was in a bad auto accident in 2017. She always returned my phone calls promptly (and I called her a lot), explained all the intricacies of my case to me, made sure I received the best treatment for my injuries and kept me informed about my case guiding me through the entire process. She was able to get the full policy limits of $100K as settlement from the liability insurance company and also some additional money from my uninsured motorist policy leaving me with a very large settlement without having to go to court. Being involved in a no-fault accident is stressful and very overwhelming. When trying to deal with the other party’s insurance company on my own, I quickly realized they were giving me a runaround. I was referred to two law firms. This was the first call. A well-mannered lady returned my call after I left a voicemail. It was Ms. Eisenhower. She provided me with so much information, I immediately felt this office was the best fit for my accident needs. She wasn’t pushy either. We spoke in depth once more later in the day. She patiently listened to me recap my concerns. It was easy talking to her. And when the call was over, I felt I could concentrate on other things in my life—not the accident and the insurance company. It’s amazing how much better the flow is when you have good legal counsel on your side.
