Basicly, one would expect to receive professionalism, respect and thoughtfulness from your attorney and staff. My experience definitely emblodied those traits and more. Unfortunately my case took several years to resolve. During that time the lead attorney (Raina Bayas) was more like an Angel than an attorney. As a veteran of the armed forces I would recommend this firm to all of my brothers. Honors and thanks to the Bayas firm and Rayna Bayas.

Raina was very helpful and gave me some great ways to go about my dilemma. She don't try to push hiring the firm but told me if the things she gave me to try didn't work she was willing to take over. Feeling less overwhelmed and more confident.

Called for help with a negligence case, and was told I could not talk to her (the lawyer) until I went through the onboarding team. Had a call scheduled today for 2pm with the onboarding team....and I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for the call...which never came. At 2:50pm, I finally called them and asked what happened. No apologies for not calling or emailing, nothing, just "my previous call ran long, and I didn't get around to calling you". I explained my situation to the onboarding team (the woman who couldn't be bothered to call me, or email that her call was running long, or even apologize for dropping the ball), and she asked me to pay $275 for 1/2 hour, just to talk with the lawyer and explain what I had just explained to the her, the onboarding team, to see if the lawyer wanted to work on the case.

When I came to the Bayas firm I was lost and very confused on what to do with my situation. This was my first time having to hire legal representation but Raina and Lexi made sure to help me understand what my options were. Of course it was stressful as all inconveniences are but they made sure to stand up for me through it all. I HIGHLY recommend and have zero complaints!

A refreshing dose of honesty and solid ethics. I’ve been in a battle with a certain automotive manufacturer for a bit of time. Had a consultation with Raina today. She gave me solid, knowledgeable advice about how I should move forward with my case. She also did not try to walk me into litigation that would cost me fees just to pad her bottom line. I did a consult with the attorney. Afterward, I felt that I can navigate the situation and find a resolution without hiring them full-time.
