I reached out for some legal advice and potentially for legal defense in a commercial lawsuit. Well, he did give me a wealth of advice over the phone. Turns out I didn't need legal representation; my auto insurance will handle it. Other law firms would have charged me at least $500 to listen to my case and point me in the right direction. I will definitely call again for any future legal needs (knock on wood).

I wouldn’t have discovered the tear in my rotator cuff without help from Mr. Biggs. The insurance company was trying to rush the process, and something just didn’t feel right. Hire an attorney before you settle because some injuries don’t hurt where the injury is or until months later, and insurance companies take advantage of that.
