I was very pleased with Kimberly Bishop and her office from the beginning all the way through the end of the process. One thing I really appreciated was the communication setup they have in place. I was stunned to see my comment abruptly deleted off their social media page after I simply inquired about an Attorney in Housing Discrimination over Disability. The polite and professional way was to answer, even if the answer was "no, we don't work in that area nor know of anyone who does"... not erase the person comment as if it never existed which is rude. Normally I wouldn't leave reviews over something like this, but as someone already dealing with Discrimination and was only looking for help, it was a bit triggering to have that done for simply asking a question.

The lady that answers the phone has poor English & she is VERY rude and insensitive.
