I was initially very pleased with Mr. Blanchard handling my probate case. He was kind and professional, but I had one sole purpose of filling probate and that was to take over a mortgage note/ property owed to my father after his passing. After my probate was completed I learned that no mention of the property or legal description was added so I had no way to record the deed in my name to pursue anything. So I had to start back at square one, hiring another attorney to reopen my probate. I was the sole heir and there were no other assets so it has just been a huge loss for me.

My brother and I was well represented. Probate was not easy at a time of my loss but Daniel was sensitive and caring while very professional and expedited the probate within a timely matter. When a problem occurred Daniel handled it with precise and decisive action. Probate closed with a favorable outcome. The cost was a major importance to me because my brothers estate was small.
