I was referred/transferred to this law firm by and after working with Rubenstein Law first. Rubenstein Law felt Burrow Law Firm could continue to handle my case to completion and satisfaction. WORST ADVICE/MISTAKE EVER!!! Attorney Burrow and his staff had one excuse after another as to why my case hadn't progressed any further from 2017-2022. The complete incompetent mishandling of my case was infuriating. And after many followup calls and complaints to both Burrow Law and Rubenstein Law, they withdrew from my case (after almost 5 years). I would NEVER recommend either of these firms to anyone I care about!!!

Worst experience. It's been over a year since my accident. I was referred to this law firm and they continue to disappoint. I continuously call for updates and no one gets back to me after leaving "messages". My car is still not fixed and no one in this office seems to care or know how to do their job efficiently. Last time I was able to get through to the assistant handling my case (which was over a month ago) she didnt realize the process was being held up because she had to send the adjuster some additional information. Follow up and execution are definitely lacking. I would not recommend after this experience.
