I engaged this firm based on a strong recommendation to handle a litigation matter for me involving a local business that defrauded me. As a longtime corporate banker for a couple of major regional banks, I understand the complexities involved in high level corporate litigation and the neccessity of having high powered and competent legal counsel on your side. In this case I was acting as an individual and engaging one of my large former firms was out of the question. I met with Ms. Boudreau and became comfortable that she could do a good job representing me. Yet I underestimated just how well she would do her job. The defendant had insurance to cover claims such as mine and it was with a very large national insurance company. They of course had a major law firm handling this case. It helped to have a valid cause of financual damages to sue on. But what impressed me the most was her capability in handling the deposition of the defendant which is how cases like these are won or loss. She totally discredited this person and skillfully couched me prior to my disposition so I was prepared. It helped that we had the facts on our side. But to bring the litigation to a close Ms. Boudreau skillfully laid out the statutes/laws that pertained to this matter. Opposing counsel reached out to us shortly after the dispositions ended with an offer to settle without going to court. By following her advice I received a settlement above what I had hoped for. Yes I recommend this firm and will certainly use her again regardless if which side I am on - plaintif or defendant.
