Three years ago I was involved in an automobile accident that crippled me. I was offered $500 dollars from the insurance company and called this firm to ask about what I should do. The person on the phone said "sign it,just go ahead and sign it" I asked "ARE you sure?" the guy said "Yes". I felt like that wasn't fair since I didn't even give details about the accident to the guy that answered the phone. I felt like he was flippant and smug so I called a few other lawyers and found one here in Jonesboro that asked me to come in for consultation. I went and now three years and a lenghthy lawsuit later I was awarded 1.5 million dollars from the person's insurance company because they were at fault. If I had signed that check for $500 I wouldn't have received the compensation I did. For this reason alone I am giving a one star review and as a level 6 Google contributor I plan on sharing my story so that NOONE gets told bad information or poor legal counsel. I will never forget how a simple phone call could have truly hurt me instead of me walking away with my 1.5 million dollar settlement after mediation. Shame on whomever took my call that day. I have waited 3 years to leave this review because I wanted to be fair and sound in my review. My experience is this is NOT a place that has clients best interest in mind. DO NOT USE THEM. I AM PROOF. Update: YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO THE SITUATION. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO SIGN A $500 settlement letter without even having a consultation. I'M SO THANKFUL I KNEW BETTER THAN TO JUST ACCEPT THE $500 OFFER. DISGRACEFUL ALLEGEDLY.

The receptionist was very condescending and treated me like I wasn't human. She then abruptly hung up on me and treated me like a child. I am in great pain mentally and wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone else. I'm not one to complain but professionalism is a big deal

This law firm has been there for me through all my car wreck details they have put my best interest in everything they have done. Amy is the most caring legal aide and Trey has always been there for me. Thank you so much!
