Called and they setup an appointment for Saturday 3:00PM, his office... A few days later got a call saying we don't make appointments on Saturday. I said " then why did you give me an appointment for Saturday at 3:00 PM?" Answer: Ah Well Ah Well Ah Well we haven't updated our procedures???. But wait let me call someone... Can you send over all relevant documents and change the appointment to 1:00PM??? Do you mean on Saturday the day you don't make appointments? Them Yes!! Me No... I can only assume this sloppiness runs throughout the Firm...
