Ms. Badiei called on a very fuzzy cell phone connection. She described her unhappiness with the result of a service she'd had performed. I told her I was sorry, but I could not take on her claim. That was the extent of our interaction. She never asked me why not, or what I thought she should do about her complaint.
Mr. Burchett is the epitome of a professional who has not lost touch with compassion. Many lawyers can’t hide their desire to get you off the phone when they don’t see anything in it for them. Mr. Burchett took the time out of his day to point me in the right direction, even when he was unable to take the case on due to scheduling.
