One word Amazing!! I was hit by a drunk driver and after 2 weeks of getting absolutely nowhere with a “big name” insurance company, I contacted The Burkett Law Firm. Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with. In 48 hours my vehicle was in the shop and I was getting the medical attention I needed. Eddie kept me updated every step of the way. I have nothing but good things to say about The Burkett Law Firm. David, Eddie, and the entire staff is absolutely incredible. In August of 2024 I was a passenger in a car accident that was not our fault, the other guy had ran a red light, and I had emergency surgery and was just overwhelmed with the cost idea. January of 2025 I finalized my settlement, and I do not have to worry about any debt. They work in a quick manner and are good at keeping you updated with your case, and if you need medical attention they will set you up with their doctors so you aren’t paying anything out of pocket, and they reassured me that if I need any further assistance they are there for me. They will NEVER make you feel like just another number to them or do anything that you do not want them to do, and for that I will forever appreciate The Burkett Law Firm. I recommend them to anyone. I’m so amazed how fast they were able to help me. I got in a car accident on September 26. My daughter in law’s grandmother recommended David Burkett and Eddie. Was the best recommendation I could have gotten. I had trouble getting medical help after being released from the hospital and they got me a doctor, they work fast . I received my checks today and they really came through for me. They are friendly, professional, helpful and fast. I appreciate what they did for me.
