Poor communication and lazy. Never again. Dwayne was also extremeley pompous and mansplain-y with me the ONE conversation we DID have after months of him not returning my call and me not being aware of WHO exactly was my attorney, until I started checking the notes from physical therapy. Needless to say, they backed out the case.
