I researched this person Jason based off my encounter with him and wouldn't have guessed he was a Personal Injury Attorney. While on duty waiting for my subject to finish speaking with the Dr. who shares a unit a door down from Jason's office, I requested to use his microwave to warm up my lunch (steak & mac n cheese). Jason said his microwave was in use and it'll be available for me to use in 2 minutes. As he's speaking I'm looking at his microwave which wasn't in use and could tell from his body language he wasn't fun of me using it. Anyhow Jason stated he would inform me when he's done using it. I waited for Jason and his next actions were exactly what I assumed. Jason sat in the office with nothing in the microwave and never informed me the microwave in his office was ready for use. It's his microwave yes. After I discovered from his business page he is a lawyer whose willing to earn the trust of his clients and stated he's not just a lawyer but he's in a customer service business. When you are behind a desk or just as I am in my uniform we reflect the services we swear by. We act in an image favorable to what we want to be viewed by. If you didn't want me to use the microwave you should've just stated so. I would have respected it. I wasn't just a random person seeking to warm up food in someone's office. I am on duty in full uniform waiting for a subject to complete a 3 hour assessment. This could've been an opportunity to gain a future client however your dishonesty and lack of customer service skills has glowed brighter than your quotes on your webpage. Treat every person as a potential client. Just as I treat every subject how I would want someone to treat me.

Jason Carnell is an amazing attorney. He helped me win a personal injury case about 2 years ago. Progressive insurance did not want to pay a dime and their lawyer fought hard to try an make that happen. I don't believe I would have gotten back the amount that we did without his help.
