The cost wasn’t just financial. It was lost time with my children and an erosion of dignity at a moment that required care. Whatever this firm’s strengths may be, they were not aligned with what I needed. I paid the price for that mismatch. I arrived on time for my consultation after taking a day off work, only to be told to leave and reschedule because the lawyer was in another meeting. There was no apology, just an attitude that my time had no value. The office felt unprofessional, with strong food odors and rude communication from staff. As a foreigner, the dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and looked down on. If this is the first impression, I would not trust them with my case. I do not recommend this office.
