Nice guy. Took my 5k for a case. Small office with limited recourses. Those were his words months in when overwhelmed by DA’s flood of paperwork. DA has a lot of supporting staff and he does not. His words again. He recommended me using the public defender’s office since they can keep up with all the paperwork. He promoted the public defender’s office over his. Said I’d receive better help there. Private attorney vs public defenders office his choice was public defender. Considering he couldn’t deliver, you’d think there’d be money refunded. Negative. Not one dime given back. Save your money and let the state pay for it. I believe he said something to the effect of most private attorneys worked in DA’s office or public defenders office. Buyer beware.

Phil Clark is an amazing, incredible attorney. Extremely knowledgeable about criminal law and proceedures, he is an excellent strategist. Trust him to do an excellent job with your case. He fights for you like it's his own family he's defending. Personable, full of integrity, caring and honest is how I would describe his demeanor. He won my case brilliantly.
