Do not recommend! Does not care, nor does Sue. Will drop your case stating “lack of communication” including “not returning a signed document” which needs my child’s father’s signature whom has been out of state working since the beginning of October due to Hurricane Helene. “A phone call from Sue not returned” whose call was returned!! When I returned the call , Barb said she was out of office and needed to call back and she did. However, she did not bother to ask me the information she stated she needed on the voicemail. Instead Sue was VERY rude and told Mr.Cline was no longer taking my case and I needed to wait until a letter came in the mail explaining why. Letter came in the mail a few days later, I called Sue, tried to let her know the call was returned and we did talk and she did not care one bit nor cared to hear about the paperwork and told me don’t bother to send it in even tho I stated he will be home this weekend for the holidays to sign. Do not recommend this attorney!!!!!!!
