Lady when you call is rude

Update: Her name is Mildred. THE PERSON ANSWERING THE ATLANTA PHONE LINE TODAY (AUGUST 13, 2025) IS VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL WITH MYSELF AND REGIONAL OFFICE INTAKE TY. SHE’S REFUSING TO GIVE HER NAME TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND WON’T TRANSFER CALLS TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE SHE KNOWS SHE’S WRONG. PEOPLE LIKE THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN A POSITION TO HARM PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP! TY WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT HOW IS TY FROM A REGIONAL OFFICE AND THE LADY IN THE ATLANTA OFFICE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS REFUSING TO GIVE HER NAME TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE! I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF HER THAT ACTUALLY CARES AND ISN'T DISMISSIVE! SHE NEEDS TO GO! Lucky I didn’t hurt her feelings!

Extremely rude receptionist....would not even let me speak to an attorney.....she told me my injuries weren't severe. Meanwhile I have documentation that substantiates the severity of my injuries...she left me crying in the lobby. She had no clue what i was going through!

Andre Ramsey was my attorney and he worked really hard on my case his paralegal Lauren Gunnels was awesome she stayed on top of my case and reminded of all my appointments and any documents and papers that needed to file or signed I had a great experience with both.

Yes, I received a letter from the gatekeeper. I will call and ask to speak with an attorney. She cannot make the decision not to listen and take my issue.

This rating is for Mildred Dolph(The gate keeper). This lady acted as an attorney shutting down every question or statement and even tried to push me odd to another attorney. Very argumentative and had no sympathy for my situation. It’s know way that this lady had my situation in her best interest. If we can’t be in the same page and agree then how can we stand together in any situation.

I was represented by attorney Ramsey. Great guy, with a sense of humor. But most of all was very sympathetic to my situation. And to put yourself in someone's shoes, that's what makes a greater attorney. Every phone call, every text, he responded back to me. At the end of the day I just wanted someone to make me feel like they understood my situation. Paralegal Veronica, I can't say enough about this woman. She is a professional. She loves her job, you can hear it through her voice, her emails she made me feel like I was being heard. She is just an awesome person. And most of all I was satisfied with my settlement I would definitely recommend friends and family.

My mom got referred to this law firm by the AWAD LAW FIRM. She got Injured at work and instead of her treated and taken to a doctor she just got ibuprofen and icy hot for the pain, and after a few months she got fired, because her “light duty” permission was up, but she was told that she was going to be put on “light duty” until she was seeing by a doctor. Her employer Instead of doing so they told her that if she couldn’t bring a note from a doctor saying that she could perform her job 100% she couldn’t go back to work that was the way she got fired and she never got sent to the doctor to get her shoulder checked. So she contacted this law firm and they told her they were gonna fight her case, cause they were “ very professional” and had more that “10 years of experience”. So they did a pre court meeting with my mom, the insurance company of her former employer, the lawyer of her former employer and the lawyer was representing my mom. So she got told before the meeting that they were going to do whatever they could to help her out and to get her a good compensation. So during the meeting my mom got offered $10,000 dollar for the case to be close and not go to court. $10,000 for a shoulder injury that’s going to need therapy and months of my mom not working, plus she got fired unjustified. And from that amount 15% was going to them. So my mom was going to be left with not even enough money to cover her therapies and the time she was going to be without work. They were trying to make my mom accept that amount cause supposedly that’s all they could get her. My mom now has changed to a different law firm and they doing way better that this. We HIGLY NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FIRM. Cause instead of helping you they're going to try and throw your case down the drain.
