My experience with this firm for 3 years has been very draining. My represented attorney was Mike Mann and he just disappeared during the 2 years of representing me and my family. leaving me to no choice but to continue with this case since the statutory limitation was almost up, leaving me no time to change attorneys .My family and I had to contact multiple people at the lawfirm to even get in touch with this attorney Mike Mann .The assistant that is taking calls is very unprofessional , Lies to clients to get them off the phone ,And eventually no one calls you back . Then after finally getting in touch with Mike Mann ,He then mentions he settles out of court last year in 2023 of August, And now it is August of 2024, And My family and I have yet to still receive our settlement . I called Today and the same assistant was again very unprofessional after asking for Ms. Martine or Ms Llyod she has me waiting on the phone for 30 min at a time, until I called multiple times to eventually getting in touch with Ms. Channa Lloyd to help save the day and the case . Ms. Lloyd is very professional and honest , I truly appreciate the efforts of her picking up where my family and I was dropped of at Thank you !

This firm is horrible been fighting a case for over a year now they don’t contact me give me no updates and say somebody will reach out to me I feel they is not doing the proper work and tell u anything just to get your money and waste your time everytime I call my attorney is in a meeting and never call back this is the worst firm u can possibly go to 😡

Very unprofessional. Had to contact multiple times to get updates on my case. Did not contact me on numerous occasions when meetings were set up. Hung up on multiple times when calling near closing (even heard someone laughing, having a conversation in the back when calling before being hung up on). Had me and my wife look up police report, names and information in 20 mins that they claim they couldn’t find at all, then basically called us liars and said we just had hearsay. Why would a hotel admit to having bed bugs? You’re our lawyer. They are a bad example of the Cochran name. Maybe things will change up eventually.

Crook! Liar! My experience with this law firm was awful. Mike Grady Mann was the attorney that represented me and I do not recommend his services. I filed about 4 complaints for not receiving any response to my request. I was not allowed to provide updates to my case. I was bribed to take a deal by my attorney but he did not keep his end of the deal. Yes, I was offered money to accept an offer. I was ghosted multiple times and did not receive vital information to my case within a good time frame which led to me being forced to accept a very bad offer. I do not feel properly represented by this law firm and believe they are hiding behind a good name. I did not receive any help correcting my situation but was dropped as a client instead. I am sharing my experience to prevent anyone else from being hurt like me.
