I had an excellent experience working with my attorney. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me through my situation. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the decisions we were making. What really stood out was their dedication and attention to detail. They were responsive, thorough, and always kept me updated, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly felt like they were advocating for my best interests the entire time. I’m very grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled lawyer.
Joe, thank you very much for your expressions of gratitude and positive experience. We value the opportunity to have served you, and grateful that the outcome met your expectations. Peace and blessings to you!
While researching African American attorneys in the OKC area I came across several articles about Mr. Tony Coleman and his journey to becoming an attorney as well as his many accolades. But one article really struck a chord and stuck with me because of his 'Reverence to GOD'. That was my sign because I wanted someone who not only looked like me, but was a Believer, and would be willing to take on my son's cases (Yes, I said cases because he had several). I called him and set up an appointment. Upon completion of our initial consultation, I felt in my spirit I had made a wise choice in retaining him as an attorney because I instantly discerned that he is a personable man and kind hearted. Mr. Coleman has been working my son's cases since June of 2024 and he has informed me in every step of the process along the way. He is very knowledgeable and was straightforward about what my son was facing and the potential outcomes. However, I remained hopeful and prayful throughout the entire process. In Feb 2026, through Mr. Coleman' s unwavering commitment to get my son the 'Absolute Best Outcome' he was able to take my son from facing a significant prison sentence to 'Deferred' sentence. God is faithful!! I would also be remissed if I did not acknowledge Ms. Shelby Heath and the tireless work she contributed to son's case as well. Ms. Heath and Mr. Coleman are a dynamic duo and a dream team for anyone seeking criminal defense attorneys.
Wow! Thank you so much Ms Sistrunk! You truly make what we do well worth the sleepless nights, the constant battles, and the long list of no’s we at times have to go through before we get a yes. Thank you for your trust in God and your confidence in us. 🙏🏾
It was the win for me!! Thank you Coleman Law! My uncle referred me and said niece you with all state you in good hands just let the man do his job!!
Thank you Kiara!! It’s an honor and a privilege to serve you! 🙏🏾
This review is pertaining the attorney/client relationship between RBG Pharaoh (rap name) Real - Ray Pharris, Jr. and Attorney Tony Coleman. These are factual statements that can be proven. However, the details that Ray Pharris documented in his review are true to the best of my knowledge. Attorney Coleman has his own personal conscience and convictions that he deems to be true as well. Attorneys releases themselves from cases all the time. Consequently, this is not why the review was posted by Ray. The issue according to Ray is that Tony already knew that he wanted to drop this case. Attorney Coleman withdrew as Ray's attorney, one (1) day before court, leaving his client vulnerable and without representation. At that time, Ray did not have funds to file motions, nor to hire another attorney. It is expensive. This takes time and lots of money. The other problem is that Tony never reviewed his client’s evidence. During a scheduled appointment with Tony, he became agitated over a miscommunicated and/or misunderstanding that could have been fixed (my words). Another attorney (Shelby) who worked at the law firm is the one who represented Ray at every court hearing, arriving late every time. Tony was never present at court with Ray until the day he appeared to drop the case. There is a lot that Ray does not know about law, many clients don't. Yet, he too had his convictions and felt that Tony didn't do all he could to help him. He is entitled to his belief, just as Tony has his own interpretation. Yet, it does not mean that either of them were 100% correct about each other. Attorney Coleman mentioned OSCN. Yes, Ray Pharris have records there. The OKC system misspelled Ray's name, added other names, and provide vague information. One case alone is listed 4 times about a bill owed at an apartment complex. Several other cases are about Ray fighting for visitation rights for his biological son, which was a winning moment for him. Cases continued regarding paternity, where it was proven later that 2 of three children were not biologically his. Ray provided DNA proof by the same medical facility used by DHR. The judge did not honor it, nor allowed a second DNA testing. She was reported to the bar association and is now the same judge who has issued the VPO for Ray's arrest. This is a conflict of interest. Also, the officers who took the report on the VPO violation did not collect evidence and just took the victim's word, putting an innocent man at risk of being arrested. Ray has proof in this case and is fighting for his life. He lost two government jobs and a reputation behind this mess. It was hard for him to find a job because of violations on his record, including a DUI in which the officer is yet to prove that Ray was speeding. Why did it take Ray long to respond? Why does he not have an attorney? Attorney Coleman, your question is answered. The struggle is real and the review option was Ray's way of addressing the way he felt. Because I am his mother, it is my duty to help my son. At the same time, to let Attorney Tony Coleman know that I, too am a woman of integrity. In this review I did not badger Tony's name. I provided details that needed to be addressed, so that he could understand Ray, his emotions, and hurt. Therefore, if there is a response, do not get on here trying to drag my name in the mud because I am not going to allow that to happen. Tony, I gave you a 4 star. Take this as a follow-up. I am believing God for peace and understanding. 2/24/26 - my response Attorney Coleman, I hear you, and I understand this may be your way of closing the conversation. I just want to say that I don’t associate God with situations where issues go unaddressed — faith, to me, aligns with honesty and clarity. God's mercy, grace and judgment finds all of us.
Que sera sera. Peace and Blessings to you both. 🙏🏾
I retained Tony for a DUI back in 2025. I told him the officer was being dishonest about me speeding and swerving and I refused a breathalyzer because the officer had no probable cause to pull me over. I work 16 hours a day M-F for the FAA federal government working on airplanes. Also work at Integris hospital doing maintenance. While waiting on the DUI court date. I had picked up a charge from an ex that was dishonest about me physically doing something to her. Which I found out is on psychotropic drugs, which is a mental patient and upset at the fact that I was leaving her making 116k a year and 80% of the furniture in the home was mine and I was taking it all with me. So she set me up to steal my property in which I've sued & won in civil court and there was a judgement and now she's paying me monthly payments. A vpo was filed while I was in jail in which I retained Tony for as well. Went to vpo court and met Shelby for the first time. I told Shelby my evidence to prove my innocence is on my cell phone in which the alleged victim intentionally kept so I couldn't expose her. She said "Call for a civil standby and try to get your phone and if you can't then let us know at the firm. I told Tony on the phone I couldn't get my phone and it has evidence on it to prove my innocence. He said sue in civil court and try to get it. If he tried to retrieve my phone that would be witness intimidation. I know now that it's my attorneys duty as my counsel to attempt to retrieve any evidence that could prove my innocence. Attny Benjamin Butler stated in Civil Court Tony law firm never tried to retrieve my phone but this was after withdrawal months later. Went to DUI court and I met with Shelby. I asked her about discovery, she said the state had no discovery other than an affidavit. She said the state didn't need evidence all they needed is the officers word and statement. No plea deal, no negotiation, No video, no dashcam, no speeding radar, no body cam, no nothing. I said I would like to challenge this DUI charge because I know for a fact I wasn't speeding nor swerving and they need to prove I was for probable cause. She said ok imma fighter if you want to fight let's do it. She then subpoena the officer for a hearing (oscn dockets). I had lost both my jobs during the course of the allegations being in custody. During that time I had fell behind 2 months and Tony never filed a motion to withdraw and which I was grateful for. I came in and dropped 3,000 and got caught up on all cases and retained him for the new case. I didn't hear from anybody after that. We had a continuance on the court date and Shelby said to call the office 2 weeks before court so we can organize my defense. I was contacted about payment 10 days before court. I then responded about where and how the money I already paid was being spent. I stated I had talked to Tony via phone 3x 15 min and appeared in court 3x for only 1 hour each time and that pissed Tony off. He called me angry and I have the voice recording and then I told him I wanted to see my discovery we then set up an in person sit down which was the first time I physically met Tony. He said bring in payment I said ok. He was still upset about my message to the office which was questions. I brought in evidence on paper and junk drive. He told me he didn't need to see any evidence I had. And asked did I do it. I said no. He asked me what I wanted to do. I said that's why hired you so you can tell me what's the best choice to make. He then said he will just withdraw 1 day before my court date and said it was about money and attitude. Tried to tarnish my name as if he know me personally. I was never presented with any plea but said I did. Mom was there to and we both know that wasn't true. Took my money and did nothing for me. Talking about my history? Dude what history? You don't know me. Nothing on oscn but a entry and withdrawal. Im not a dishonest person. I believe he was working for the state against me.
My God! Let’s first start by using your actual name Mr Ray Pharris. Secondly, let’s at least attempt to tell the truth.

Now that you’ve exposed yourself the average lay person can see and learn all there is to know about you during a quick search on oscn. We don’t take it lightly when we have to separate from a client. But, when we do we make every effort to follow the rules of law and the codes of ethics. Unfortunately, you checked all the boxes for withdrawal.

Whats interesting is we discharged you last November, and you’re just now lashing out?!? But not only that, Mr Pharris, you’ve yet to secure new counsel…why is that? And if that were not enough, you currently have an active warrant for VPO violation.

Look, we will not be an easy target for you Mr Pharris. We will not be intimidated by you nor walk in fear of you. We discharged you for a reason. Please spend your time more wisely.

Peace and blessings to you. 🙏🏾
I would like to say thank you to Tony for working his magic and getting me a no conviction on my case and me having no felonies and getting me a deferred sentence.
Makhai, you were worth every ounce of energy poured into this outcome. You deserve this second chance. Now walk in favor!! 🙏🏾
I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for Attorney Coleman and his law firm. During one of the most difficult times my family and I have ever faced, Attorney Coleman and Attorney Heath stepped in like true guardian angels. From our very first meeting, I felt an immense sense of relief knowing my brother was in such skilled and compassionate hands. I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough. At only 20 years old my brother was confronting the devastating possibility of life in prison, and yet, through their tireless efforts, Attorney Coleman and Attorney Heath achieved a miraculous result, a FIVE YEAR DEFERRED sentence! This outcome was so extraordinary that the judge personally addressed my brother, urging him to embrace this rare second chance. Attorney Coleman was upfront about the long journey ahead, but he asked us to trust him and that's exactly what we did. Throughout this challenging process, both he and Attorney Heath offered us hope and guidance when we needed it most. Their unwavering professionalism and genuine dedication went above and beyond what we had hoped for. The joy they expressed when delivering the good news made it clear they truly cared about my brother and our family, rather than just seeing us as clients. If you're in need of legal support, please take this as your sign to connect with this law firm. You will find a safe space where you won't be judged, and the outcome could exceed your expectations, just as it did for us. Tony and Shelby, I am truly at a loss for words to express how grateful l am for everything you've done. Every time you walked into the courtroom, I felt a sense of security wash over me. You created an environment where I knew my brother wasn't being judged for his past mistakes. As an older sister, it is my responsibility to protect him, and when this situation arose, I felt like I had failed him. I couldn't protect him anymore and I had to find the right person to take over. I handed him over to you, completely putting my trust in you and it's been without a doubt the best decision I have made in my life. You both are an incredible team, and I encourage you to keep doing the amazing work you're doing. Stay true to your values and continue to be God-fearing. You are exactly where you are meant to be. Thank you for everything.

I honestly can’t thank Mr. Coleman and his team enough for everything they did for me. I appreciated his honesty, and his direct, no none sense, approach. He’s not gonna fluff everything and only tell you things that you want to hear. He’s going to keep it real with you, good or bad and expect the same in return. In the midst of a very uncertain and vulnerable time in my life, Mr. Coleman exuded an incredibly reassuring confidence in my case. On our first meeting He told me exactly how he intended on beating my case. Fast forward a few months later and he did exactly everything he said he would do! He assured me that him and his team would take care of the more mundane tasks and court appearances on my behalf and for me to just focus on getting better. Coleman and his team completely alleviated what would have been a very stressful and time consuming situation. This allowed me to focus on the healing I so desperately needed! Thank you again for all your hard work Mr. Coleman!
