Every one has the opportunity to rate their experience based off events which took place during their interactions with The Collierville Law Firm. My experience was disappointing and a waste of my finances and time. The paralegal was always confused, in a hurry, and / or disorganized. On several occasions, I was asked to resubmit previously submitted documents or resign a new drafted copy of a previously signed documents only for her to state, " I have to have these for your file". Multitasking seemed to be an issue for her. It was disappointing that the attorney only familiarized himself with my case during my office visits, seemed to not care whatsoever. As far as billings, payments were required on time and I was billed for hours allocated to a task as apposed to actual hours used for a task. Mr Hagan was 30 minutes late to a mitigation due to his issues but yet attempted to charge me the full hours for the mitigation. It's sad that I had to manage this firm for fair treatment. As stated earlier, this was my experience with this firm. Yours could be different. I do not recommend this.

Attorney doesn't respond to online request for information. Went to his office and was treated rudely.

Bill Hagan is single-handedly RUINING Lawyers' bad reputation! He and Ms. Baker got us through a difficult Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption Case professionally and empathetically. They knew what needed to be done from the very beginning and followed through with NO SURPRISES! I was very impressed with the way they coordinated everything though the Court so both Appearances went quickly and exactly as planned. We felt that the charges for their service were VERY reasonable and far less than what we had originally estimated. Mr. Hagan and Ms. Baker are a JOY to work with and EARNED our complete trust and confidence!

Don't even bother the free consultation. Mr.Hagan does not offer ANYTHING unless you are looking to hire him as he did not explain or was helpful in any way.

Bill Hagen (the owner) and lead lawyer looks out for the best interest of his clients. If he can't assist you he'll find someone who can.

Mr. Hagen and Mrs. Baker were great! They helped me navigate through a difficult issue with ease and made sure that I had all the information I needed. I would highly recommend that you give Mr. Hagen the opportunity to represent you in any of your legal matters.

Deceitful. Misled by attorney to think I could at least fight interest charged on child support debt back in July. Attorney came back 4 months later to our interview and said I didn’t have any case to defend. Attorney seemed lost at at our appointment. He asked why I didn’t sign an admission paper even though I sent it to him in July for review when I hired him. Attorney could have advised me to sign admission papers in July, costing me time and attorney fees for me as well as exspouse’s. Didn’t realize this until I left attorney’s office after the interview. The firm then came back and added surprising $1116 (in addition to the already paid 2500 retainer) on the back end; surprising because it seemed like there wasn’t a hell of a lot of time spent on my case by the attorney I hired. I was impressed by the results of Hagan's work. He spent a long time discussing my situation with me before I signed a fairly-priced retainer. He quickly grasped a complex LLC legal situation and jumped into action and solved my dispute, getting me everything I wanted out of the situation.

If you are looking for a Lawyer in the Collierville area William Hagan is not the one. Mr Hagan is not looking out for potential customers he is only looking out for his bottom line.I have lived and worked in Collierville for 45 years and after being warned by other people who tried to use his services i still gave him a chance. It was clear within minutes of meeting him he was more worried about his money than helping a client.There are several good Lawyers in the Collierville area but he is not one Look elsewhere if your smart.
