I don’t write reviews often, but I feel compelled to share how kind and considerate Frank was when working with him. My parents had a bad experience with their bank, and Frank didn’t blink eye before taking the case. He was strategic, communicative, and effective. My credit was harmed due to inaccurate reporting, which was preventing me from getting a home loan. I was hesitant to reach out to a lawyer because I was under the impression that I’d have to pay them up-front to fix the issue, which I couldn’t afford. I was surprised to find out that it would be of no charge to fix my credit issue, and even to open a case against the bureau and the credit card company. Their fees came out of the recovered settlement, so I didn’t pay anything up front. All I really had to do was provide documentation about my issue, and review a few documents during the process. Ryan Kean was a huge help to me, and provided frequent updates on my case. They were very easy to get ahold of when i had questions. I’m so glad I reached out to the Consumer Lawyers. If someone I knew was having a credit issue I’d 100% recommend them.
