They worked with me on scheduling my appointments around my work schedule. Kelly Cook and the others are awesome and I appreciate them for helping me out of my difficult financial situation.

Kelly A. Cook...The A stands for Awesome, Amazing, and Accurate (not sure if an A is her middle initial, but it should be). She took time out of her busy schedule and gave me insight and guidance on my case. It was only a consultation, and she didn't leave me astray. Highly recommend this law firm. Specifically Michele Cook. She was very professional and knowledgeable about bankruptcy. I am not happy with Michelle Cook,she explained it to me the process for chapter 7 and 13,If i do chapter 13 then everything all my debt it will be cleared,But then she told me just pay 379 dlr process fee,after that,she wrote down a 598dlr a month for 60 months that's monthly payment to them??Like I'm so stupid not to figured it out, that's almost 35000 thousand dollars in 60 months.My English is not that good good,but I am pretty sure, I can figure it out about the money.Make sure to pay attention everyone.

One thing about one of the attorneys in that office is if she really don’t want to help you she will jack the price up so high, you don’t have to do that ma’am all you had to say was I don’t want to help you because of whatever, I am so tickled at how people call their selves handling business. I am good, and everything concerning me will be good without your help She know exactly who she is, she called and asked me why did I write a bad review, so that people can be careful if they choose to deal with you, but I recommend them not to deal with you though.. Thanks anyway, your loss☺️

I feel like they weren't honest with me. I was told one thing when I filed and then was told different when I wanted to do what they said was a possible. I think they were trying to get more money out of me. I contacted them about the problem but was told they did everything right and they didn't make any effort to rectify the situation. I consulted and filed with a different Attorney and feel much more comfortable.
