This is a very late review but I wanted to thank Brian Flick for helping me resolve student loan issues in 2021. My private student loan payment was extremely unmanageable and he negotiated to get it to a fair amount, including a very low fixed interest rate. The loan company took thousands off the balance as well. I would definitely recommend this firm for private student loan issues.

We exist in a world where the consumer must place their trust in a financial market that has already been proven to be less than honest. It has given me peace of mind to know that The Dann Law Firm was right there fighting with me against the largest mortgage servicer. There was not one time that I felt alone in my battle to regain funds that were wrongfully deducted from my mortgage, leaving it in default. I was desperate for help in trying to keep my house from going into foreclosure. I had attempted many times, unsuccessfully, to get help from financial regulatory agencies and different attorneys. My efforts were at best, futile. That is, until I discovered that The Dann Law Firm specializes in seeking justice for consumers against fraudulent and predatory activities carried out by financial institutions and mortgage servicers. I truly believe that the other attorneys and the regulatory agencies I had contacted did not understand the wrongdoings bc of the complexity of my case. Therefore, they could not provide the necessary legal help. Attorneys, Marc Dann and Dan Solar were able to quickly navigate the overlapping details of my case and employ a strategy for a successful resolution. I have never encountered a law firm with the business model that Mr Dann and his team live by... They always answer their phones/emails, return calls and address your concerns. I imagine that each case is unique, but I believe this firm will try their best to work within your budget, sometimes on a contingency basis. Really fair with refunds.

In an initial consultation with Mr. Dann, I was advised about my legal options regarding a credit card debt that my son had incurred and for which I had co-signed. Legal options were bleak, but Mr. Dann's showed insight, compassion and wisdom in his advice for me.

I was going after chime for money they owed me and dans law started off being great but when it came time for a settlement talk they didnt like my # and dropped me as a client witch left me alone fighting for my self but thats ok bec I got 5 times what they wanted me to settle for i haven't yet but I will be going after them for breach of contract and also filing a complaint with the Bar Association

Thank you everyone for your efforts, time, and patience to resolve my file in totality. The nature of my file has negatively impacted my financial status since 2022. Brain flick. First of all is very unprofessional he was late to our initial phone call. The said we would give me an answer back Monday of the next week. Took him 2 weeks and half to send me an email. Even when texting brain for an update he didn’t respond. Update- I was not upset just wanted to let others know that there is a lack of communication with this attorney. I found another the next day I didn’t get a response from him. This is for others so they are not waiting like I was for some time with no response to a simple text. “Any updates” to get a response two weeks after. Communication is key and professional is key. That’s why I didn’t use this firm.

I was very nervous hiring a firm I was not familiar with but ended up incredibly pleased with my choice! Marita took care of every aspect and handled my case with the utmost professionalism. She was incredibly knowledgeable about pertinent case law and each item presented to the court exceeded my expectations. You should not hesitate to hire this firm.

The Dann Law firm took my very difficult and complicated case and Brian Flick guided me through a confusing and anxious time, everything was delayed by the federal administration and he patiently answered my many, many questions and was very compassionate as my case revolved around my medically complex child and her unknown future. I was under Mr. Flick's assistance for several years total and we both celebrated joyously when my case was resolved successfully. The Dann Law Firm represented a single mother with a complicated child and case and limited resources and they worked hard to get me the result I needed. I am so grateful to Brian Flick and Dann Law Firm for all their help, and mostly their kindness to my family.

Based on my experience as a customer, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I contacted Dann Law a year ago to represent me in a case where Airbnb had lowballed me on some damages caused by a guest. I am an Airbnb superhost, this was the worst guest we’ve ever had, they left human waste in the house, damaged stuff, we documented everything we had proof, etc. etc. and Airbnb just wouldn’t cover the true cost. I contacted Dann Law, and they were going to represent me in arbitration against Airbnb. Here is why I can’t recommend them Bad communication From the very beginning, it was clear that they had deplorable communication. Messages would go unanswered, zero follow up, it was so bad at one point that Marc Dann, the head lawyer personally called and apologized and claimed that they would do better. They did not do better and I should’ve found different representation right there, but that is my mistake. As someone not familiar with the arbitration system, what I was hoping for was someone that would explain in a timely manner what would happen and what I can expect. Instead, what I found is that I had to beg for answers and updates all the time, and it very much seemed like my case was an extremely low priority for them. Lack of interest in the case On two separate occasions, they waited til literally the day before a deadline to reach out and ask me a barrage of questions. It’s hard to trust your lawyer when they are asking you for stuff you’ve already given them 24 hours before it’s due. As per arbitration norms, they shared with me the documents from airbnb, but they never once shared their own arguments against airbnb, communicated how they planned to argue the case, explained what anything meant, again, it’s clear my case wasn’t a priority and yet somehow they seemed confident. This approached caused a lot of anxiety for me and it turned out I was right to be worried. Potential bad faith I don’t know if this is true, but I’m forced to wonder if they took my case because it was a guaranteed payout. I already had a proposed settlement from airbnb for several thousands of dollars, meaning that even if they lost they’d still recoup 1/3 of said statement. (And lose they did. Literally every argument every bullet point. They got trounced. I did not include them losing in this list because that’s not something they can control. It’s everything else they did that sucks) Lack of professionalism After sending me the documents showing that I had lost, they made zero effort to explain why or how. I texted Marc Dann, I explained that losing is one thing but I felt like my case wasn’t handled well. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That was 1.5 months ago. These people are either incompetent or they are working at a volume that they can’t properly service in which case they should hire more people or turn down clients. Run away

Dann Law, and specifically Mr. Kurt Jones, provided me with the legal counsel I had been seeking for some time. Mr. Jones treated my case as if it were as important to him as it was to me. The detailed and strategic execution supporting my case was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Jones and Dann Law to stand by you in your time of need.

Long story short, these fine folks helped me win a case against a major credit card company. I had sleepless nights in battling the credit card company for a disputed charge, and Dann Law Firm got a settlement that was quite satisfactory to me and truly gave me a mental win as well as a financial win. The staff is also amazing; Maureen is a true an asset for Dann Law and really has made working with the firm a pleasure. Nobody ever wants to have to engage attorneys, but there are times that you have to. I cannot image my case would have been better handled by any attorneys or firm on the planet. I have read some other comments, and I feel some are unfair and due to a lack of understanding of how slow "justice" moves; my case did take almost a year to resolve, but I went in expecting that and most of the delay was awaiting the credit card company to respond. And note that you cannot expect every case to be worth pursuing, but I feel that this firm will take your case seriously and proceed with your best interests at heart. 5 strong stars!

I truest wish I could give dann law a full 5 stars but they get 4 of 5 from me. They were able to get PayPal moving on a settlement but it resulted in PayPal closing my account which in my opinion is not full justice. I was a fraud victim. At least they got me a bigger settlement than was owed to me from PayPal. I feel that they could have done much more though.

At first Dan Law aggressively took my case. I gave them all the paper work they requested. It took them about 10 months with no action and vague updates just to tell me that they can not take my case. When they finally told me like it was my fault. Blame me for not sending documentation which I can see I clearly did. I would not recommend this company.
