Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and calling after business hours with a hostile tone. All he cares for is money! I never in my life was talked to the way he talked to me. He insulted me over a 5 min phone call. He didnt even know what cities was in this state he is representing. He also is not aware of the laws for this state. Im completely blown away with the disrespect coming from a lawyer. Please do not waste your time. Find someone who will listen and respect you as a person and not based off money!! There are better lawyers in the state and other states!

Big joke… in court the guy actually worked for the opposing team dealing with probate. Along the process his firm expressed an ascended level of egotism. They talked tough him and his contracted paralegal service. “Funny enough” How he addressed himself in the court he actually went in trying to insult my intelligence before the judge and the opposing team. The judge in Bishopville granted the opposing team everything they wanted because he said the opposing team “folder” looked great & was neatly put together 😅😂🤣. But I’m not here to talk down on the alphabet. Court was like a meeting of the pride that day. I was puzzled 🤨 luckily my mother, wife, and I had better places to be. But hire them yourselves don’t do what I did. I’d overlooked better talent in Charlotte NC going off someone else recommendation. Use your own judgement and stick to it. But on a positive note they have a nice building. ❤️

He never called for the scheduled phone consultation I had a week in advance. I called back the following week, the receptionist said he would give me a called that day inwhich he never did. I don't think he would be reliable in court being that his lack of communication with potential clients is horrible.

If I could leave a zero I would have this law Frim is a big joke if you ask me my husband been paying this man money an he has yet help him out with his case . My husband has went up for a court appearance on October 28 at 9:30 am Mr Deas was no where to be seen . Mr Deas yet to inform my husband on his case or what even going on with his case so if you want to waste your money with please go ahead hire this man I gave you a head up

Paid for a consultation in advance and front desk scheduled me for a phone conference. Nobody called. I called them 40 minutes after the appointment time and the receptionist said she will send Mr. Deas a text message. I cleared my meetings for this appointment to talk to Mr. Deas. Mr. Deas called right before noon and wanted to talk right there and then which I could not do due to other work meetings. When we did talk later that day, he told us that he cannot help because I need an appellate attorney. The receptionist could have told me this when I initially told her what I needed a lawyer for. What a waste of my time and $50 consultation fee.

Worst lawyer ever. Hard to get in contact with him and his office. He didn’t show up for a couple court appearances nor person that suppose to fill in for him didn’t even show up. When he did showed up, he wasn’t prepared at all and asking my questions to relay to the judge. I found out later on for another court date that I attended virtually. He filed that I didn’t showed up. He’s a total waste of money. Save your time and money and look for another attorney to represent you because you’re going to be highly disappointed with the service you don’t get.

They scheduled me a consultation two weeks ago. I arrived and waited 15 mins before going to the receptionist desk, only to be told that he is available. I had to ask if he had a paralegal to take my information for the case. Met with the paralegal, only to be given short handed answers and prices. Save your time and go somewhere else

Helped my grandmother with a deed transfer. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also very nice staff. Honestly, I would recommend deas for any legal need. He explained everything to my grandmother so she could make an educated decision about what to do woth her house and even though it took a couple visits for her to completely understand he explained it twice over. 10 out of 10 recommend. :)

Straight up lawyer, overall, a great man in general! Hired Deas several different times, job well done in good faith!! A good attorney who will explain the legal dispute in terms that you can understand. Deas is cut and dry strictly by the law, so if you are looking for someone to sell you a dream or tell you what you want to hear, Deas is not the man you’re looking for! He is a Pitbull and if you ain’t ready for that bite then don’t bark at this man! I would hire him over & over as long as I am living in SC, as Deas serves the entire state of SC! Receptionist hung up on me and provided me no resources at all. I need help with a landlord issue which states that is what they handle and told me no then hung up on me I will never recommend this place to anyone and this was absolutely a horrible experience.

Everyone at Dea’s Law Firm is very friendly and they do everything they can to help. Highly recommend.
