Reached out the debt defenders due to a lawsuit i had. The representative that i spoke with - i believe his name was kevin he was very helpful and worked with me on the payment. Beyond happy with them and the team i was assigned by law firm. They did a great job representing me, definitely would get them again if needed.

Steer clear! Zero accountability, poor communication, and overall a lack of interest to educate their clients on the bankruptcy process. We spoke to over 4 different people from this law firm, and none of them notified us that our income tax would have to be turned over. We were notified by the trustee the day of filling. Attorney didn’t take any accountability for the lack of communication. The day of our filling we are notified that we do not qualify for chpt 7 filling, after multiple meetings. They canceled zoom meetings without notifying us making us waste our time. Do NOT file with these people. Look elsewhere! RESPONSE: Your response is a clear indication of your failure to accept responsibility for your mistakes. ALL documents were submitted timely. Since you claim everything is “documented” why weren’t our specific questions answered in our emails? Why wasn’t my text message answered when we were scheduled and your attorney was a no show? No response to that text message either.
