Late on a Friday afternoon I emailed Mr. DeLiberty concerning a legal issue. Hoping for a Monday reply I was amazed he promptly contacted me. After providing him with the basics of the situation, he informed me that my particular problem was outside the scope of his practice. What impressed me in our exchange was that even though this was the case Mr. DeLiberty didn't simply dismiss me. He took the time to listen, understand, and direct me in finding a suitable lawyer. Especially considering the time of day, he could have simply ended our exchange. He didn't. I greatly appreciate his accessibility, willingness to listen, and generosity of spirit. If I ever do need legal assistance in his area of purview, I would not hesitate to contact him.

Mr. DeLiberty was supposed to help me with an issue with a charge on my credit card. Of course, he first charge me with a consultation fee after talking on the phone for 20min. He said that he was going to taking care of my issue. This was March 2024. Months went by and excuse after excuse. He told me the plan was to file for a class action, then 4 months later he decided that the best was proceed on an individual basis. Months went by again and Mr. DeLiberty seems to disappear. His last email was in June 2025. No case. No guidance. No work on his part. I do not recommend at all! I will be contacting bbb too.

Dan said he would help me with an issue regarding Verizon. I had a full call with him, sent him needed documents through text and email as requested- was told he would advise on next steps. I then reminded him and the office 3 or so times that I needed next steps to move forward. They told me to resend the documents. I sent them. Unreachable, seemingly unorganized. Unreliable.

The team was very professional, punctual and genuine! Answered all my questions in their entirety, and Daniel was a great guy to talk to.
