I strongly advise anyone—especially people of color—to think twice before hiring Tracy Drake. Our experience was deeply disappointing and felt exploitative. We paid the full retainer, expecting fair and competent representation for a loved one facing serious charges. From the start, communication was nearly nonexistent. Tracy claimed that my loved one wanted to take the case to trial—only for us to find out he had never even spoken to her. That was the first red flag in a troubling pattern. She never visited him, wouldn’t return calls or emails, and every time he tried to contact the office, someone named Victoria would rudely hang up on him. Tracy even went to court without letting the defendant appear, which left us completely in the dark. What’s worse, she seemed more aligned with the prosecution than with her own client, pushing for payment while providing substandard, neglectful representation. Eventually, she withdrew as counsel after doing very little to help his case. It felt like we were used for money and left defenseless. She might show up for other clients, but based on our experience, there was no real advocacy, no respect, and no justice. A truly disappointing and disheartening experience from someone who is supposed to defend people’s rights.

I retained Mrs Tracy Drake for a case in Walton county and she was able to get my charges dismissed. She is the best attorney I've ever used and the only attorney that I will use from now on. She is very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. You will not find a better law firm than the Drake group!!!

Hi, my name is Destiny and My Lawyer is Tracy Scott. When I tell you that this woman is amazing. She’s definitely on top of her game. Her secretaries are also kind great and explain everything to you. When I hired her, She was able to get me a court date a Month and two weeks later. But then she continue working on my case And got My Court changed to an earlier date But that just didn’t satisfy her She kept working on it and called me with better news and the third time Got an even Closer day, and I could not believe it. I thought I would be in jail for Easter‘s Day And Mother’s Day, but she worked her magic all while being busy with other cases And got me out. Not only did she get me out, but she has continued to Work with me explaining everythingand making sure that I’m Doing everything I need to do to stay a free woman. She replies to me extremely fast. I know I can be annoying with questions, but this kind women is so Patient with me and I can tell I don’t annoy her at all. When I was incarcerated, everyone in the jail spoke so highly of her telling me she is a great Lawyer and to choose her. I can definitely tell you 100% That this woman is amazing and just like I was told is definitely a great lawyer, and I don’t have the words to thank her Enough for getting me home, continuing to work with me, And help me complete everything that I have to do. Tracy Drake says all the right things to get you to retain her and also makes it seems as if she can take on the case then after she’s retained, she does absolutely nothing to help. She repeats over and over what she plans on doing then falls through every time. She’s also more of a prosecutor than a defense attorney. This lady cannot be trusted. She works against the client and not for them. If you feel you cannot represent someone you need to let the family members know and your client. She hasn't gone to speak with the client but once and has not updated him regarding his case. She is not a good attorney at all!!

My girl could have gotten better results with a public defender. She spoke on her own behalf and got a charge dropped after Ms. Drake said she wouldn't say anything because it wasn't believable. Very rude and didn't feel like she was on our side. All that money just to sit there and not defend her. SMH

Scott Drake is the best lawyer ever. He promised me his best, and that’s what he gave me. He kept me out of prison. Dealt with a case in trial status for almost 4 years and I never missed a court date thanks to the amazing team and their communication. Definitely recommend 10/10.
