If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional! They will never call you back or answer a simple email. They will tell you to get them your medical records if not they close your case. (which I did get my medical records for them). Said they sent me a letter which they never did about closing the case. Richard from Puerto Rico is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with not one email does he has the consideration to answer. Bunch of clown lawyers look else where.

Would highly recommend the Driscoll law firm To Anyone...Great experience..call them 1st.... They exceeded my expectations!!! Heidi and Jarrod are both very nice,understanding, and professional.. If I could give less than a ZERO I would... This is a joke of a company. All you get is the ultimate run a round, delays and excuses... This company has it designed you can only talk to the intake personnel and they are all robots.. Half the links on the site don't work. How this company stays in business is beyond me. I'm waiting on a settlement check, I've left countless messages with the attorney Hedi Johnson handling the case she obviously needs a lesson in returning clients calls. This is a scam company Please 🙏 do not do business with them.... John J. Driscoll you should be ashamed of yourself!!! People are already suffering with out your company making it worse....

When I started this journey with The Driscoll Firm more than three years ago, I saw it as a way to reach out to the friends and family who were there for me financially when I could no longer work and my finances were all but depleted. Instead, I feel like I was gut-punched and robbed by a so-called trustworthy law firm. When I looked at the Disbursement Statement, I was awarded $38,673.96 minus $3,217.71 I’ll call these miscellaneous payments, and The Driscoll Firm took $17,403.28 and even though I paid my Medicare premium every month along with all copay's, my primary insurance pays most of my medical bill and I am being generous if I say Medicare spend 30% but on this Disbursement Statement my Medicare obligation is $11,602.19 and the thing is this was taken with no proof what so ever given to me that Medicare even got that money or if they were entitled to it in the first place when I finally got my check it was $4,979.73, not even enough to get me back above board I’m still in pain that gets worse every day, I still can’t work and I’m still in the hole financially the only difference is now I’m going through mental pain and suffering from being robbed and not being able to do anything about it I would never recommend this company to anyone their predators just like most of the other big companies that get ahead preying on the weak.

I was sent on assignment as a Notary by Allie who was super nice and professional. When I was unable to reach the client, I reached out to her and she helped me complete the assignment. She was extremely help and responsive.

Crooks double charged us and only received 17,000. To this day i'm still receiving medical care for these effects of essure. The biggest hurt comes from our attorney.

I normally don't do reviews but I truly felt that I need to in this case. I was a client of The Driscoll Firm and it took well what felt like forever. There was a lot of back and forth and just when you think you are getting somewhere there was a bump. Always seemed to be something. Always! I wish I had more patience with them and I did a lot of apologizing bc it truly felt like I was getting played. I personally had an issue at the very end that no one had ever had to deal with and it was gut wrench to say the least. However it was absolutely no fault on the Driscoll firm at all. It was my bank. Throughout this entire ordeal Jesse, members of his staff and members of the fund issuing bank as well as many others helped me so much..to the best of their ability. Mostly even though all of our hands were completely tied he listened to me cry my eyes out day after day. Spent over a hundred hours on hold between us all, after work hours, calls upon calls, you name it he was there. He tried his heart out to help me. Checked in with me to see how I was doing and he didn't have to..I'll be the first to tell you I felt like I was getting played bc of all the mess that was going on and really thought this wasn't going to come through but I will be the first to give someone a recommendation, pat on the back, you name it when credit is due. Trust him. Trust them and be patient. It SUCKS bc you just want your money but I am here to tell you this firm will stand by you and help you as best as they can. Jesse needs a vacation after dealing with my issue, again NOTHING to do with them it was MY bank but that right there was enough to send us all over the edge. Total scam!!!! I wish I had read the reviews! They don’t care about their clients AT ALL!!!!!!! Only about the money & will take all of your settlement regardless of the pain & suffering!!! They’re vial humans & karma will get them, that I pray!!!!!!!

Thank you Jesse but I am very disappointed when I received my check today 7/2:2022. . I finally got my check and this firm took $30 from a $50k settlement. There’s nothing in the awarded agreement that said the attorney’s fees would be taken out of the check. Just imagine them doing all the claimants who was awarded $50 and they took $30k from us. Then the attorney’s office withholding money for what when it shows a Medicare/Medicaid deduction. Why wasn’t the fees taken from the total Amount that was awarded for the class action lawsuit. I am very disappointed. This firm is a scam and I would not recommend this company to any one. I need answer.

Horrible firm they take half of your settlement and don't tell you about fees don't recommend for anyone to deal with these people they do not care about the clients only the money they will make off of you

I’m so confused as to how all of a sudden this firm is getting any good reviews. I’ve been waiting for years for my settlement. The staff is rude most of the time. You will be lucky if you get an update every 3 months . Usually the updates are a generic email copied and pasted . The firm will blame multiple third party companies for the holdup as to why you haven’t been paid. Please consider other lawyers before using this form.
