Didn't sounds like a friendly guy over the phone. I read I would get a consultation if I filled out the online form. I filled it out. I got a text message a few days later. I thought we would go over the case but straight up asked if I got his retainer. I guess so much for that consultation. I think he tried to scare me and told me I would lose no matter what. He didn't even hear my case lol how the hell would he even know if he didn't hear about my case? I told him I never received his retainer even. It just didn't seem like the type of law firm I wanted to work with. Edit: You didn't answer any questions. You flat out said I would lose without hearing my case. That's very poor service. That wasn't a consultation.

Yes i am a prior client. name is for internet safety thats important to my family. Before hiring this firm i was shocked to find 1000s of negative reviews but thought they were too harsh to be true. Gave it a try 100% True. Read all the 1000s of reviews. My experience aligns with many of them. the reviews are here to help you dont ignore them like i did.

Been trying to call them for my security clearance appeal and i just get passed around. Or “someone will get back with you” and nobody calls. It’s almost 2 years since my appeal and nothing. I’ve been researching and apparently appeals don’t take that long. The original lawyer assigned to me is no where to be contacted. What is going on? How long will it take like 10 years? 😂 if you guys didnt submit my appeal just say so and refund me my money. This is very stressful to just wait around waiting for an explanation. Yes you guys charge a flat rate fee but its also your responsibility to let your client know what’s happening. I dont know the people who left 5 stars here in this law firm are real or fake. I would not waste my money here BEWARE!

Very poor service. Zero communication on my case unless I initiate it. Lost the case due to their lack of care and understanding. They only had the desire to take a lump fee and then randomly decide that the client should pay some additional fees, even though the contract for the case was a lump fee only. SHADY AF. There was a response on my case on Jan 26. I inquired on May 1 and was sent an email with information that the case was closed since Jan 26.

Let me first say that anyone who has gone their clearance possibly being revoked will know how painful it can be. Just the thought of losing your livelihood, there are not many words to describe that feeling. I am already a worry wart, so having to deal with this made my worry and anxiety 100x worse. Like many of you, I read so many discussion boards and majority, if not all, advised a lawyer and/or hired a lawyer. In the middle of 2019 I had some issues with a security clearance matter which was very difficult for me to get through it so I tried several law firms but couldn't get to nowhere and neither could I afford the attorney fees. I waited until after replying to my first SOR before I contacted him. You are only delaying possible expedited resolution and possibly doing a huge disservice by waiting to contact his firm. I hired the Edmunds Law Firm to appeal a proposed security clearance revocation. My initial meeting was in person with Mr. Edmunds. From that meeting I felt completely confident that he knew the process inside and out and would be able to help me. The first attorney assigned to my case sent me a list of documents he would need to put together my appeal. The list of about 10 requested documents and letters wasn't overwhelming but I felt it was comprehensive enough to accurately depict who I am and defend my case. The list also contained documents that I would not have ever thought to include in the appeal, as this entire ordeal was new to me. When I was having some communication trouble with my assigned attorney, Mr. Edmunds got my case reassigned IMMEDIATELY and the new attorney and legal assistant finished my appeal packet within 48 hours of receiving it. They filed the appeal with my government agency on Dec 12, 2017 and I received notice on Jan 9, 2018 that my case had been favorable adjudicated. I found the Edmunds law firm through an Internet search to help me with my security clearance, which had been denied after working for the government for more than 15 months.
