I was fighting to keep my clesrance for 4 years and went through 3 law firms. Until, I received a referral to contact Alan Edmund. Samir Nakhleh was appointed to me and was very good. This was the only lawyer I called that actually picked up the phone when I called them. I called a few others and didn't hear back from them until a week later. If you want to get something done this law firm is great because "the government doesn't wait for you, you wait for them". Mr Edmunds and his team were always professional and prompt in their responses and were very helpful with my case.

I had a fantastic experience with the Alan Edmunds firm. My application for Global Entry was denied due to a non-existent arrest record. The Edmunds firm drafted an extremely effective appeal letter. Despite the excellent letter, I had very low expectations, as appeals for Global Entry are not easily won. Today, about four months after submitting the appeal, I received notification that my Global Entry denial was reversed. Thanks to the Edmunds Law Firm, I am officially approved for Global Entry. After performing open source intelligence gathering on the firm history I went with this firm. I was impressed on how they handle the response to the SOR and hearings. Check out their website, Spotify, and YouTube channel. I was not upset with the price and overall total.

The address for the international BBB is located at this address with this same suite number so I'm assuming they are running out of the same office. To me, the headquarters for a company like the BBB, who have been around for decades and controls a massive amount of complaints within the states and even though they are supposedly non profit, seems very suspicious that their headquarters is so masked. I might assume it's to protect themselves against businesses but lately I'm finding that this service that claims to help with arbitration between consumers and businesses, is actually a defense from anyone for their feckless way of handling the responsibilities they have. Those responsibilities may not have much power behind them but they can affect actions a consumer might take by diverting and avoiding taking any responsibility when they do not follow their own guidelines. Because of a recent discussion I had with an officer of the BBB headquarters who over sees all of the BBB offices to make sure they are practicing and complying the way they are supposed to, I am now convinced this is a waste of a company and they should actually be investigated by federal authorities to ensure they are in fact complying with any laws and regulations I'm sure they are held to. It is vividly clear to me that a complaint I had was not handled properly and if the person responsible for overseeing this does get handled properly is avoiding responsibility, how can anyone trust that they don't allow companies to do the same?

This so called "law firm" is a complete and utter joke! I hired these people back in August 2019 to assist me with helping me to readjudicate my security clearance. Not only did these feckless attorneys not give me ANY information on what is going on with my case, the main dude Edmunds refused to give me my money back after I requested it because I apparently only retained service for 4 months! Even though these clowns never retrieved any documents regarding my security clearance or an investigation. These are some sleazy lawyers and they definitely don't deserve a one star rating on Google. Save your money from these losers because they can't help you. And really they don't have the integrity to stand by their own business and reputation.
