Let see, I would not go here because as the attorney him self said it "I really don't need to do this any more, I really don't" " Been doing this for 30 years". Well that is the spirit of someone who just at this point is doing this for fun. 2nd, for someone who has been doing this for 30 years and refuses to give a range of what his fees would be if hired for what I needed, pretty much tells me that they charge to much and I cant afford it and that's fine, he deserves to charge what ever he wants, but do not try to charge me a consultation fee of $400 just to tell me how much this is going to cost me in total. So pay you to tell me how much I need to pay you? Nope! I also did not like when I first called the person who picked up the phone was a bit semi negative, she answered my call on speaker and sounded way to loud as if she was annoyed and screaming, I explained to that the call was a little to loud, did not apologize but went straight for the " how can I help you" attitude. The reason I did give 2 stars is because the attorney did call me right away. Over all my call was 13 mins, 3 over all mins of me telling him what I needed. 2 mins him asking me how much money we have and the rest for him to tell me how he runs his office and why he wont tell me how much he charges before the consulting.

Len, Venesa and the entire team were amazing, especially through such a difficult time. I had previously recommended Len to my patients in hospice but using the law firms services for my own mother has solidified my recommendation of his services to any family in the same position and need. Everything was thoroughly explained and I received support at every step of this process. Sadly, Mr. Mondschein was not able to assist us after the initial consultation. If you have investment properties or property outside of the United States, etc. this is too complex for them to assist with. He seemed very nice but unfortunately they were unable to help.

Leonard Mondschein called back within fifteen minutes, he was very professional and attentive to my situation. What impressed me the most was that against his own interest, he told me not to waste my money on a power of attorney because what I need to seek is a guardianship instead.
