Amanda was a fantastic lawyer in my case, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart! In 2020 and again in 2021 I had suffered from severe psychotic episodes due to an undiagnosed case of Bipolar Disorder. In the second instance the police were called and I was arrested, which led to me having to hire the Erwin Law Firm as my defense attorney. Amanda showed great care in representing me, and was able to get me placed in the Mental Health Court, which I was able to complete within one year. I honestly believe if it weren't for the Erwin Law Firm I don't know what would have happened to me. Thank you Amanda!!!

Very responsive

They go above and beyond. They are definitely not out to get your money. If you are concerned with the integrity Josh and Amanda definitely check that box. They are both very personable and tell you like it is. I owe these two a very lot and i am very thankful for them update: Josh just got me off probation after seven years and two blemishes on my record. I had spent the previous two years squeaky clean and completed all of my conditions. Josh got the prosecutor and judge to overrule the probation departments recommendation to keep me, an my probation was terminated. My outlook on life and hope for a bright future has been restored by this man. No bs this man worked the court room so well that when i was crying tears of joy in the hallway outside of the courtroom, the bailiff came out and and hugged me and gave me words of encouragement. Incredible day and i still cannot believe it actually happened.

This firm is TRASH. Lying lawyers who don't take care of their clients. Simple cases they can't handle. They lie about the law and manipulate it to force you to sign a deal for their prosecutor buddies. TRASH

Great Law Firm highly recommend

I was driving on I-35 after visiting San Marcos, I received a DUI and retained the Erwin's to represent me. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case , I am sure that this is due to all of the time and effort that Josh and Amanda put into my defense. I would highly recommend them.
