I am so thankful for this place. This is a great organization, and I recommend everyone who has a legal issue and struggling to pay for legal help due to low income to reach out to them to see if they can help you. Their office space is great, it's so beautiful and clean on the inside and it's clean as best as it can be on the outside.

My co-worker suggested this Law firm to help me with my son court case.I contacted them stressed & unsure about the legal issue concerning my son rights. I called to retain the attorney. The attorney was quick to respond to my calls and emails. I never felt my son was alone in this process. Their expertise, strategic. This is probably the worst attorney I’ve ever had. Unethical billing they stitch your attorney every month so no one knows what’s going on and they won’t repokd. Then they bill you for trying to reach out. 7.5 k down the drain

Please seek legal counsel elsewhere Immediately! Do not give them your money! UPDATE: July 2025, I was advised I would not get a refund after being told I was already approvedfor a refund and Felicia just needed to approve it. HOWEVER, after 4 long months of going back and forth & being promised for a refund, they decided to not refund me and it is so disheartening and frustrating that a business can rob people like this. 😭 After all this time being told I would get a refund based on the circumstances of my case and that The refund was guaranteed; It was just a matter of when it was going to be sent out. THEN be told “after reviewing your account, you don’t qualify for a refund” when they reviewed my account several times and reassured me I would still get a refund on multiple occasions. This is highway robbery to the extreme! I lost out on 2,500 for them to nothing with my case and retaliate against me for writing this review. Update 7/22/2025: I have been reaching out about my refund for the past few months and they give me the run around and no one provides a solution. I still have not received my refund. ————————————///———————————— PLEASE TURN AWAY! Disbar immediately. As a black woman who tries to support black female-owned businesses, The FAB Law Firm was highly disappointing to work with! I hired Ms. Felicia and her team for my divorce case, and was reassured I was in good hands during our initial consultation. HOWEVER, there a numerous of reasons listed below why I would NOT recommend them to anyone and hope they are disbarred relatively soon. 1. It is difficult to reach anyone to discuss your case because their policy states "allow 24 hours for a response" but, noone contacts you within 24 hours. They want you to follow the communication policy but, won't abide by their OWN policy. Instead, you have to reach out with an aggressive manner and hope to get in contact with someone. I was told by the owner (Felicia Bunbury) that my calls were excessive after calling 5 times because no one was answering the chat, which they established for communication purposes, and no one was returning my phone calls during the scheduled times. 2. My other assigned attorney (Nyeza Guzman) did not return my calls as requested and I always felt rushed off the phone. Also, she eassured my documents were filed but, in fact they were not. Also, she would not call during the time we were scheduled to speak via telephone. 3. I was advised I would receive a refund due to reasons outside of me and it would be issued by the end of the following month...the month has passed and still no refund. I called to check the status and was scheduled to speak with Jessica, the office manager since being advised she handles all refunds. Jessica did not call at scheduled time INSTEAD sent a text message 30 minutes later stating she would get with Ms. Felicia since she handles refunds. This is beyond frustrating and comes across that I am getting the run-around with my refund. In conclusion, I secured new counsel and confirmed the FAB Law Firm did not perform their duties as my legal counsel. It was a relief to be removed from them because they were putting additional stress on my situation. Furthermore, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. They should be reported to the Florida Bar because the lack of professionalism and performance is unacceptable. I would highly steer clear away from them and DO NOT give them your hard-earned money.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unethical Billing Practices I had an extremely frustrating experience with this law firm during my divorce, which began in February 2024. Over the course of the case, I was assigned four different attorneys—all of whom left the firm abruptly. Twice, I wasn’t even notified that my attorney had left, leaving me completely in the dark during critical times in my case. The firm constantly demanded that I maintain a $5,000 retainer, with little to no transparency about billing. The final bill I received was in February 2025 when the divorce was finalized. It is now July 2025, and the firm is still holding over $4,500 of my money with no refund in sight. UPDATE: OCTOBER 21, 2025 STILL TO DATE I HAVE NO RECIEVED MY REFUND!! I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and submitted inquiries through the mandatory client portal—yet I’ve received zero response. They require you to book a phone appointment just to speak with someone, but even those scheduled calls are often missed with no follow-up. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a firm handling sensitive matters like divorce. I strongly urge others to consider different legal representation.
