Met with Stephanie one time to give her details about my situation with my ex husband as she was appointed guardian ad litem for our kids during the divorce. Was very nice and said she would be making appearances at his place and my place to see the living conditions and environment the kids are in when they are in both of our care. The appointment lasted maybe an hour if not less. That was the last time I saw Stephanie or have heard from her. She never made appearances at either my exes house or mine. She was suppose to appear 2 years later at our finalization hearing and when my attorney contacted her about it she said she would just send in a signed affidavit. She did absolutely nothing as far as I’m concerned in regards to my divorced yet we got a bill for over $1000 and when i asked for itemized bills i do not see how itemized to over $1000 for her to be the “mediator” for my kids when she never met them and only saw me once. I just don’t get it. I’ll pay my bill but definitely do not recommend her.

I do not know where to begin with Stephanie Fajardo there is long list of everything good about her. She is extremely smart in all areas especially family law. She is heavily calculated and looks at every single scenario of every argument, picture, grammar, punctuation, font and size of font on the legal documents to the exact spacing of every single letter on her documents, she is literally a perfectionist in every aspect of her job as attorney. She is highly recommended and extremely well known for her fierce stamina in court room and with clients. She does not under any circumstances what so ever risk her clients period. I can say this for a fact with evidence to prove it even. She won’t even give someone the room to risk herself or her clients even when no one done anything wrong. If she thinks it could lead to further issues she immediately removes herself and with great detail explains it. Following with making sure you get new counsel and that you are covered until that can happen. She also provides a letter of recommendation for their client in writing and verbally, and will hand over everything she did for your case. Best part of all makes it a point without being asked of her for any above listed things I stated. Along with she is adamant that she herself will call your new counsel and bring them up to speed before walking fully away. She does a phenomenal job across the field of law and does not leave any form of wiggle room for error what so ever. She is very black and white she will not sugar coat and you need to listen to her every word she telling you for the best possible outcome. This is a team thing with you and her. I highly advise hiring her for your case. She is worth every penny and honestly she could charge more I feel she is that good.

During my divorce, Stephanie Fajardo was the GAL in our custody case. She was unbiased, thorough, and put the child first. She is extremely empathetic and easy to talk to which was such an answer to prayer during such a stressful time.
