This is one of the most unprofessional law firms I have ever dealt with. This stems from Claudia their liaison, who can’t even remember your name and is rude, the receptionist who hangs up on you because she appears not to like her job, and James, who doesn’t mean what he says, . I do not recommend this law firm at all take it from me. They are not helpful at all and it shows by their mannerism and lack of professionalism's!!

Ferraro is my firm of record for my lawsuit. I contacted the firm 6x; 4x via text ans 2x by phone. I explained to the operator/receptionist my call was urgent. No call back. The second call I was put thru to a Case Mgr. At that point I had 2 days to accept or reject my settlement offer. As they were getting 40%, and the balance will go to about 6 other places before I get what is left after hospital bills are paid, I declined the offer! They STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALL!

Receptionist is very unprofessional in general (Needs some training on how to speak to clients professionally) & now when I call back hanging up on me TWICE. As well as me trying to reach intake and being promised a call back time and hours later & no call back. Very unprofessional.. I was very impressed by the cases this law firm has and all the work they have done for others but the intake & receptionist team ruins that.
