The team helped me out with exactly what I needed. They were quick, responsive and on point. They crushed it. Only negative is that their very in depth and labeled receipt is incredibly complicated to the point where another staff member commented on it when I joked about not understanding the receipt at all. Its in lawyer gibberish and the line items are all over the place. I have no idea what I actually paid for, what costs money, or if it was the right amount. Ultimately, I'm not upset because they knocked it out of the park.

I scheduled a consultation with this law firm. The consultation ended almost immediately and did not proceed as expected. Prior to the meeting, I had completed and submitted a pre-consultation sheet intended to provide the lawyer with background information relevant to the case and streamline the discussion. During the consultation, I attempted to inform the lawyer that my partner no longer wished to proceed with certain aspects of the matter and wanted to provide context to save time. However, the lawyer abruptly interrupted, stating, “No, no, this is not what we’re doing.” When I tried to clarify that I was attempting to provide relevant information, he responded, “Well, isn’t this what we’re doing already by you answering the questions?” The tone was dismissive and lacked any welcoming or collaborative energy. It came off as very ostentatious. The lawyer immediately offered a refund and stated, “You can find another lawyer,” giving the impression that my concerns were not valued. The interaction felt rigid and unaccommodating, which is concerning given the high-stress nature of the situation. Overall, the consultation was not productive, and the approach taken by the lawyer may negatively impact client confidence and engagement. If zero were an option, that’s exactly what you’d receive. And regarding the recording you keep referencing please feel free to play it for anyone. I’d actually encourage it. Between you and I it’s scary that you would say I’m lying. Wow that’s very scary we both know the truth I dodged a bullet!!! Your behavior was completely unbecoming of someone who claims decades in the legal profession (who hurt you). Time in a field does not equal character, wisdom, or respect and unfortunately, you displayed none of the above (I’ll eat a one star “wow another bullet dodged” say that amongst strangers where first impressions matter). I have absolutely nothing to gain from you after that interaction, so let’s be clear: this isn’t personal gain, it’s accountability. When numerous reviews mention the same type of conduct and even recordings of similar interactions, at some point the common denominator becomes obvious. Truth comes to light and your profession to find the truth concerns me!!!! I don’t know you, and after that experience I’m perfectly content keeping it that way. The way you carried yourself felt far less like a professional and far more like a high school bully with a title. Take the reviews seriously, show some humility, and learn how to carry yourself with the professionalism your title supposedly represents.

I had an excellent experience with The Firm for Men, especially working with Noelle Rowe and Paige Davis during my divorce. Both were amazing—professional, responsive, and consistently kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. I was told by Jason Swango "this isn't the burger King of law firms you can't have it your way" and Mike Gemstone is a rookie that has no clue. I was told I couldn't win and they never had my back. They laughed at me and disrespected me as a Disabled Veteran. I fired this firm and Mike gemstone and proceeded pro Sei and won. Their advise is awful and they just want to make a quick buck. Pay attention to how they respond to any negative reviews all they do is lie and try to bully people you have been warned again I've won on my own without this grifter law firm. Their response should tell you everything you need to know. I have receipts hmu w any questions. I would definitely recommend this firm. They were patient with me and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. If I had to, I’d choose them all over again!

This firm came through when I needed it! I recently went through a divorce after 21yrs of marriage. My wife ended it. I did not know where to go and what to do until I called The Firm For Men. They walked with me every step of the way and made sure the did the very best for me. I can't give a high enough review !

If I could give zero stars, I would. I want to warn everyone about using this firm. Mr. Swango is skilled at talking to you during the initial call, making you feel understood, and then handing your case off to another attorney you’ve never met, one who lacks the competence you expected from that first conversation. Their invoices show inflated hours, and while their rates match competitors, their service and professionalism do not. You can find better service for the same price elsewhere. They seem more interested in quick negotiations and settlements than in truly understanding your case. The attorney assigned to me didn’t understand my finances before, or even during, court. The opposing counsel was clearly prepared and dominated the room. When I called Mr. Swango to voice concerns about my attorney’s incompetence, he actually cursed at me while I remained calm and collected. I have an audio recording of this call; contact me if you’d like to hear the level of unprofessionalism firsthand. Don’t be misled by Mr. Swango’s initial attentiveness. He will pass your case to someone else and you will not get the genuine care and attention you deserve for the money you’re paying. PS. Don’t believe me still, go check the YELP reviews.

I was trying to handle my case pro se and clearly it didn't end up going that way. Mr. Swango and his team shot me straight every step of the way and they were incredibly fast with my case. I hired them in the beginning of May and they were completely done with my case by the beginning of June (obviously your case might be different). I truly felt like they knew what to do every step of the way and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. If you're like I was and wary of hiring a lawyer, Mr. Swango and his team are an amazing place to start.

I’ve been going up and down deciding on divorce, then withdrawing my appeal and they’ve been so accommodating with my indecision. It’s such a huge decision and they’ve made it easy in dealing with my confusion. I’m still up in the air and I know I can count on them if I decide to finally go through with this… thank you!

Update!!! Jason Swango is a very smart Lawyer, he has done his research and can get away with taking your right to a fair review on platforms such as google. Don’t let him bully you because at the end of the day you signed his contract. Read your contract with this firm and then read it again!!!!! They will over charge you and you will pay for their mistakes because there is zero quality control. This firm does not live up to the commercials and advertising. The reason their reviews are so high is because of the below information. If it was such an ethical firm they would not have take away your ability to review them in their contract. Additionally if you realize after you made a mistake in hiring this firm they will charge you three times for the withdrawal agreement. Be careful what you pay for and please please read your contract. There are more honest firms that do not have the non disparagement agreement in them. You do not get what you pay for with this firm. I can honestly review because the court did throw out the review portion of this firms contract in favor of the firm for men due to how the contract is written. Fair Consumer Reporting act did not apply due to how this firms contract is written. Buyer be careful!!!! Due to a non-disparagement agreement, (look it up it will be well worth it) the CEO of the The Firm for Men kindly reminded me that I signed a contract explaining that clients of this firm are legally blocked from posting any negative reviews of the representation received from said firm. For the purpose of informing the public, if you are already a client, do not post a negative review for this firm as they will proceed legally. Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 57a(a)(1)(B)) is also very good reading. After over a month the firm still has not gotten my requested withdrawal order in after I had it corrected and hand delivered a signed copy. They are still charging me for every email even if it is to fix their mistakes on paperwork. My $14000 dollar mistake from buying into their gimmick is now a $16500 mistake. Is there a word like predatory lending for lawyers? From my personal experience this is it. Charged for mistakes made by the paralegal, charged for duplicate files being uploaded. I dont have a separation agreement, and I'm looking at more court appearances. That's what this firm will give you since working with them from July22 to present. Buyer be ware. Update! Currently in court because Mr. Swango claims I owe him 2400 after the withdrawal order was filed for reviewing the record. Words have meaning Mr. Swango. If you’re not going to stick to the words you put on paper the reviews will be bad. You can’t intimidate us any longer.
