Had concerns about my age and told me there was a lack of evidence. I have a potentially fatal condition with EVIDENCE from a MD. What more do is needed? Didn't even bother to check my records.
N, <br>Just to clarify, you were never a client of The Fischer Law Firm. You just did not like my opinion that your case would be very difficult to prove and therefore we would not be accepting your case. As I told you, you are free to contact other disability attorneys. I am not obligated to take a disability case for everyone who contacts our law firm. SSA has very strict requirements for disability; you may have some medical problems, but that does not mean that those conditions are severe enough to qualify for disability. I am sorry that we were unable to assist you.
Fischer and his staff are unprofessional. They make appointments for phone session calls and they never call. They don't even have the courtesy to call to say why they didn't call or that they can't or won't help. This tells me this "law firm" doesn't care.
I am very grateful for the outstanding work my lawyer did in helping me obtain my SS disability benefits. From the beginning, they demonstrated professionalism and a deep understanding of the process. Their dedication and expertise made this process much smoother, and I could not be more satisfied with the results.
