Brian represented me last week in Philadelphia. The two complainants wove a false narrative, perjuring and lying to the court and judge from the moment they opened their mouths to testify. At one point, Brian wanted to introduce evidence against the plaintiffs but the judge would not allow....even though Brian cited case law allowing this evidence to be seen/heard. Brian insisted. The judge actually directed his assistant to call the police to remove/arrest Brian from the room, because Brian WOULD NOT back down. Two officers and their lieutenant arrived to arrest Brian but the judge waved them off. This is the kind of attorney you get when you hire Brian. A deadly, fearless pitbull, nothing less. He is passionate in his defense, and most definitely smarter than the 'other side'. I hope I never need a criminal defense attorney again in my life, but if you do.....call him now. He's the best out there. Nobody compares. * Plaintiffs were waiting out in the hallway beyond earshot while the judge questioned the prosecutor and Brian what their motions are before hearing my testimony. The prosecutor said she did not believe a word of the plaintiffs, that their stories matched too perfectly and they had lied under oath. Brian motioned for dismissal of all charges. The judge looked down and said the same as the prosecutor, "I didn't believe their stories. Case dismissed." I had 10 terrible charges against me but I was sitting next to the best defense attorney in Philly. We got up to leave, passed the lying plaintiffs on the way out in the hallway. I would imagine they had no idea why we were leaving. Musta been shocked when they saw us enter the elevator and go home. Hire Brian, you won't be sorry.
