This man is all about the money. I contacted them to represent me in a dental malpractice case in June 2021. Mr. Fitzgerald agreed to represent me. Then he contacts me and instructs ME to gather all the information from each of the Dentists I saw during my ordeal. I contacted the one which mattered most THREE times, which included two personal visits in an attempt to obtain the information required by Mr. Fitzgerald. I contacted the Fitzgerald firm and told them they would need to subpoena that info. In February 2022, Mr. Fitzgerald decided he didn't have enough time to do that and dropped my case. REALLY PROFESSIONAL!!

Beware of attorneys who claim to have knowledge of high level legal matters which they don't have. You can wind up with a schill.
