My wife and I just purchased hi-vis yellow Bontrager WaveCel helmets as you recommend. After being hit by a car in a local triathlon with some severe injuries, I wasn’t sure what to do. I reached out to Jim Dodson as he has an excellent reputation as a cyclist’s attorney. I received a call back within hours on a Sunday evening to discuss my situation. After our conversation I felt Jim’s understanding of cycling would make him an excellent advocate and I immediately retained him. He and his staff (Judi) were nothing short of outstanding. They communicated frequently with me, explained the process, and prompted me on several occasions to provide additional information to help convey the personal side of my case so Jim could better negotiate for me. They always replied back on the same day to any communications or questions. In the end, Jim negotiated a very fair settlement on my behalf and I am 110% satisfied with the outcome.
