Tom was very informative and put my wants, needs, and concerns before negotiating. He is a kind and hardworking personal injury attorney. Communication is very important when it comes to clients and attorneys. However, when he can't answer your calls at that very moment, it's because he is working on your case and others'. His paralegal is good with answering the calls and emails, but no one is perfect, so just remember that. She may miss your call, but she will call you back and relay the messages to Tom. He was successful with my case! He will be with yours!!

I had been in a bad car accident two three years ago. I dealt with Tom and Angelina and they were great and believe me I made them crazy! I felt that Tom really wanted to help me get the most money for my injuries and got me way more than I thought, they did take a long time but it was worth it in the end! I hope I will never have to deal with an accident again but if I sue I would use this form again

Whatever you do, do not hire Tom Floyd as your attorney. He drug his feet for 7 years to only get 28 grand. Of which he gets a third. Biggest run around in my entire life!!! He is the worst lawyer in the world!!!Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling!! May 27 2023
