I hired Mr. Foley, after my court appointed representation, neglected my case and were about to let me go to my arraignment without even a word spoken with my public defender. That being said, he picked up my case a little later than I should have hired him. He still got 4 out of 7 of my serious charged dropped and dismissed. The remaining charges he got me a good plea deal considering what I was up against. I was facing 3 felony convictions and I am leaving with a deferred sentence on those and no felonies on my record. Saved my life. What all the other good reviews on here say to be true are true. He replied to all of my texts and calls either immediately or very close to that. He let me fully grasp the process and what I was facing. He told me the outcomes of any options I chose to take. He did not force me into a plea bargain. He asked me to my face "we have a few options, we can go to trial or I can fight for a good plea deal for you." He let me onow the risks and he let me know specifically that he is giving me his legal advice and opinion, but that whichever choice I made was up to me and hed fight it regardless The people commenting with 1 star reviews on here are definitely not talking about the guy I met.
