Attorney Fulcher is one of the best with wrongful auto accidents. A young driver ran a stop sign and caused my vehicle to strike his vehicle while headed to work one morning. The insurance company wanted to provide some level of responsibility to me since my vehicle struck his (even though the other driver caused the accident.) This was no fault of mine. The other driver was ticketed. Attorney Fulcher fought my case, cleared my name and won my case. I received a nice compensation package for my injuries following my care plan. This attorney is not to be trusted. He reached out to me with all these promises after I was rear ended. I ended up spending more out of my pocket and am still paying off medical bills even after case ended! All throughout the case I had to repeat myself multiple times about details about the case. My wants and needs were never a priority, didn't seem to be fighting for us, but rather defensive for Insurance agents. Also, too many changes in secretary's.
