Charging a very reasonable flat fee, over the course of months his meticulous attention to detail helped to create a case that was hard to find any flaws in, which all came to fruition after an in-person hearing at the Formal Physical Evaluation Board, when they found that I was fit for service and returned to duty. Moreover, Mr. Gately continued to aid me in my military medical journey, providing advice and input on my flying waiver, which again proved invaluable as I was returned to flying status as the second Air Force pilot with an ostomy in history.
